Shipping and returns

Shipping costs – except for special promotions – are highlighted in your order and are charged on the invoice. No fees or additional fee is due to Sophisticauto.
The delivery of the goods is meant at the address you indicated in the order. Sophisticauto can not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay or non-delivery of the goods purchased, and in any case in which the recipient has omitted relevant details, or have them listed incorrectly, or has made, even unintentionally, difficult to attain. No responsibility can be attributed to Sophisticauto in case of delay in the order or delivery of goods ordered.

Upon delivery of the goods, the buyer is obliged to check that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered.

Any external damage or mismatch of content, must be immediately notified, adding the word “withdrawal conditional” on the signing document.
In the particular case of a damaged package , write “subject to removal for damaged package”.
Even the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 5 days of receipt. Any damages or defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Each alert over these terms will not be taken into account.
For each statement, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the statements.
Delivery times are calculated from the day of shipment and are variable from 3 to 7 working days depending on the area of shipping and / or the type of product.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw, without giving any justification and without penalty, by sending written notice (email or registered letter with return receipt) to the seller within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
If, at the time of withdrawal, the goods have already been delivered, the consumer shall return them to the seller, in accordance with the terms of the contract, taking care to return the goods in the same condition in which he received them.
